Key Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in our Ein Airport office in an administrative role. Applicants should be computer literate with knowledge of excel able to organise and priorotise their workload. Attention to detail and understanding of aviation operation would be an advantage. The role will include answering the telephones, help to problems of the team, payrolls calculations, follow transportation.
*Seek solutions and be accountable for related follow up action where appropriate to the role and the section’s purpose
*Support the induction process, including timely production of appropriate paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is returned to the department.
*We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join the PA support team in our HR department where you will be providing administrative, clerical and business support to the HR Business Manager, to assist in the smooth running of the PA service and take a proactive role in relation to its day to day activities.
*Our role as an HR will be multi-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR administrative tasks, as well as providing support and guidance to managers across the whole range of activities.
*Following an internal restructure, we are now seeking to expand our HR expertise on a more defined basis. Working as a team our goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations continue to run smoothly and effectively and deliver maximum value across.
